"P8" on 10th Jan
This was the 4th occasion I had got shots of "P8" since late November. On 3 out of the 4 occasions I had seen it, it has, after period in the water, taken off and flown in the same 'circle' and then off to the east towards Cardiff Bay. Obviously it's daily commute!
It is likely a 3rd winter gull, from the brown tertial feathers showing through and other brown feathers on the coverts.
