Herring Gull
This next bird is a HG. Note the tertials which are now showing the typical notched 'oak leaf' pattern. The coverts are lighter than the LBB with the edging to the feathers a much lighter coffee colour, but they are not showing the typical 'barred' coverts that we associate with a HG.
