LBB ready to fly
This LBB is now almost a 'juvenille' and looks ready to fly. You can see the mantle feathers and coverts much better now. Significantly, the tertials are dark brown with the coffee edging but with no 'oak leaf' pattern. Interestingly, the wing coverts are showing a barring pattern (albeit on a darker coffee colour background) which is typical of HG's and not LBB's.
