Cirl Bunting

Cirl Bunting

Undisclosed coastal site in South Devon.
The Cirl Bunting is a rare bird in the UK, with only a small number of breeding pairs at some coastal sites in South Devon. It is a close cousin of the far more common Yellowhammer.
Thanks to the RSPB we can now get close to one of our endangered birds.
